About Summit & Soul Fitness

our Philosophy

At Summit & Soul Fitness, we believe movement is medicine. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, navigating new life stages, or simply seeking to feel stronger and more confident in your body, we’re here to support that journey—physically, emotionally, and energetically. We approach fitness as a form of self-respect and long-term vitality, combining strength training, mobility, and mindfulness in a supportive, nature-connected environment.

At Summit & Soul, wellness starts with what we grow and eat. Living on our family farm, we believe in nourishing the body with whole, seasonal foods that support strength, recovery, and energy.

From gut health to simple, healing meals, we’ll help you connect the dots between real food and real wellness—from the garden to your plate.

At Summit & Soul, we help you move through fear—whether it’s returning after injury, trying something new, or rebuilding strength—so you can get back to the activities you love. About the founder

Hi, I’m Anuschka—founder of Summit & Soul Fitness.


I created this business to help people reconnect with their strength, heal through movement, and feel confident in their bodies—at any stage of life.


My path to fitness has been anything but linear. It’s been shaped by injury, recovery, and resilience.


Over the past decade, I’ve experienced multiple major injuries—including three collarbone breaks, collarbone surgery, a fractured L1 vertebrae that left me relearning how to walk, and, more recently, knee surgery. Each setback brought challenges—but also powerful lessons.


These injuries taught me how movement is not just about performance—it's about healing, trusting your body, and returning to the life you love. Along the way, I quit drinking, committed to getting strong and healthy, and began studying gut health and nutrition, which transformed how I care for my body from the inside out.


I’ve been an athlete most of my life—snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and adventuring outdoors. But I’ve learned that long-term wellness comes from balance: strength and softness, discipline and rest, training and listening.


Now, I’m sharing all of that with others—through personal training, small group classes, and soon, yoga instruction. I specialize in supporting people navigating injuries, menopause, life transitions, or anyone just getting started on their fitness journey.


I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, grounded, and at home in their body. If you’re ready to begin—or begin again—I’d love to support you.
